If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase from Beds and Mattresses Online, you may return it to us and we will refund your amount paid minus any reductions which may be applicable by us.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your products to let us know that you will be returning them and whether you would like us to collect them (at a charge of £50) or whether you are arranging transport back to us yourself. Products must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging. Mattresses must be un-opened due to health and hygiene laws.
When we have received your products back, we will check them over and refund your money minus any shipping/collection costs.
Special Order Items
Items which are made to order or have been specially ordered for you are non returnable and non refundable. Made to order items are an exception to the distance selling regulations and will not be accepted as a return for a credit or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
All made to order goods are checked and packaged prior to dispatch to confirm that they are fit for purpose and presented in an acceptable condition before leaving the manufacturers.
Damages must be reported within 24hrs - 48hrs of receipt of goods. In all cases goods must be repackaged sufficiently in order to collect or exchange. Please check all packages before signing "received in good condition". If any packages have any damage to them, please sign as "damaged" and refuse the delivery. If goods are accepted in a damaged condition, and then a replacement is requested, a delivery charge will be applied to cover the cost. This will be either £15 or £30 depending on the size of the item.
If after un wrapping your products, you find any damages, this again, must be reported to Beds and Mattresses Online within 24 hours. Please take digital pictures of the damage as clearly as possible and send via email along with your order number and a brief description of the fault to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If any Bed Frames arrive damaged, we only replace the damaged items and not the full Bed Frame.
We will then discuss with yourself the best course of action for replacement.
If for any reason, there are any parts missing from your products, please report the item/s that are missing to Beds and Mattresses Online and we will dispatch the missing part as soon as possible.
Unwanted Goods/Incorrectly Ordered
Products which are either unwanted or incorrectly ordered, can be returned subject to a £50 charge per item. The products must be returned in their original packaging, free from defects. Once the goods are returned to us, we will check over the products and if we are satisfied with the condition, we will then refund your payment minus any collection fees payable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT UNWANTED MATTRESSES CANNOT BE RETURNED, UNLESS UNOPENED, DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGIENE LAWS.
All of our bed frames from Beds and Mattresses Online come with a standard 12 month manufacturing fault guarantee. Mattresses, unless otherwise stated come with a 12 month manufacturing fault guarantee.
Full refunds will only be made if products received fail to comply with manufacturer standards and are still under guarantee.
